We wanted to thank you again for bringing all your knowledge and skill in home theater to us! What a difference a big screen and surround sound make to the CSI experience! We so appreciate the quality of equipment that you selected for us, explained to us--and then explained again and again. By golly, I think we've got it and are we lovin' it!
The additional wall speakers in the living room and outdoor speakers are also fantastic! Gary loves to sit it both places and relax with a book, a drink and great tunes--you've made one happy man. We didn't think you could fish all those wires through ceilings with no access, but you're a wiz, and we appreciated how fast and cleanly you worked.
Again, thanks for the great equipment installed quickly, skillfully, and most of all, for your great patience in teaching the technologically impaired how to use it! We love the fact that there is no question too dumb to call you with and you'll listen, and rescue, if necessary.
